Refund & Cancellation Policy

At I NET Services, we strive to provide high-quality digital solutions including Web Development, Digital Marketing, and AI Business Tools. Because our services are customized and labor-intensive, we have established the following policy regarding refunds and cancellations.
- Cancellation Policy
1.1 Service Cancellation by Client
- Before Project Kick-off: If you cancel a project before any work has commenced (within 24 hours of payment), you are eligible for a full refund, minus a 5% administrative and gateway processing fee.
- After Project Kick-off: Once research, design, or development work has begun, the initial deposit/advance payment is non-refundable.
- Subscription Services: For ongoing monthly services (SEO, Social Media Management), you may cancel at any time by providing 15 days’ notice before the next billing cycle. No partial refunds are provided for the current month.
1.2 Service Cancellation by I NET Services
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services if:
- Invoices remain unpaid for more than 7 days.
- The Client violates our Terms & Conditions or Platform Policies (Google/Meta).
- The Client fails to provide necessary assets (content/images) for more than 30 days, leading to project stagnation.
- Refund Policy
2.1 Non-Refundable Services
The following fees are strictly non-refundable under any circumstances:
- Third-Party Costs: Fees paid for Domain Registration, Web Hosting, SSL Certificates, and Premium Software Licenses.
- Advertising Spend: Any budget paid directly to Google Ads, Meta Ads, or other platforms.
- Completed Work: Fees for milestones already completed and approved by the client.
- Setup Fees: One-time setup fees for AI Chatbots, CRM, or E-commerce platforms.
2.2 Partial Refunds (Milestone-Based)
For large projects (e.g., custom website development), refunds are calculated based on the stage of completion:
- Design Phase: If cancelled after the mockup/design phase but before coding, 50% of the project fee may be refundable (at the Company’s discretion).
- Development Phase: Once coding/staging has begun, no refunds will be issued.
2.3 Issues with Results (Performance)
As per our Terms of Use and Google/Meta Compliance, we do not offer refunds based on “lack of sales,” “lack of leads,” or “search engine ranking positions.” Digital marketing performance is subject to market variables beyond our control.

- Request Method: All refund requests must be sent in writing to info@inetservices.co.in.
- Approval: We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund within 7 business days of your request.
- Timeline: If approved, the refund will be processed via the original method of payment (e.g., Bank Transfer, Razorpay, UPI) within 7 to 10 working days.
- Chargebacks
If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank/credit card provider before contacting us for a resolution, we reserve the right to:
- Immediately suspend all active services (websites, hosting, ads).
- Provide the bank with proof of work and signed agreements to contest the chargeback.
